At *Gentlier by Shabab Trading Company* , we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our timepieces and are committed to providing you with reliable after-sales support. To ensure transparency, please find below the details of our service and warranty terms:
*1. Warranty Coverage*
• two-Year Warranty Watches: Both servicing and logistics are free of cost within the second year of ownership. After two year, standard servicing and logistics charges will apply.
*2. Parts & Repairs*
• Any damage or breakage to external parts (such as crystal, case, crown, bracelet, strap, hand or clasp) is not covered under warranty.
• In such cases, repair or replacement charges will apply, depending on the extent of damage.
*3. Packaging & Transit*
• Customers are required to send their watch in its original box or secure protective packaging to ensure safe transit.
• The same box will be used to return the watch after servicing.
• Please note that Gentlier cannot be held responsible for any transit damage caused due to inadequate or improper packaging.
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return and a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, which is sent to you via Email.
Valid Reasons for Return or Exchange
Returns and exchanges will be accepted only for the following reasons:
Manufacturing defect — a verifiable fault in materials or craftsmanship that was present at the time of delivery.
Damage during transit — physical damage to the product that occurred during shipping, supported by photographic or video evidence.
Incorrect product delivered — the product received does not match the item ordered in terms of model, variant, or specification.
Please note: Returns or exchanges on the grounds of change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the appearance, fit, or feel of the product ("didn't like the watch," "not what I expected," "changed my mind," or similar) are not permitted. We invest considerable effort in providing detailed product imagery, specifications, dimensions, and sizing information on our website to enable you to make a fully informed purchase decision. We encourage all customers to review these details thoroughly before placing an order.
Here are certain points to be noted while requesting a refund:
Accessories are non refundable.
Items available for returns (and refunds) must be unused, intact, and in their original packaging.
Watches that have been worn extensively or have scratches on the bracelet and case do not qualify for exchange or return.
Refunds will only be processed after we receive the watch.
The box that the watch originally comes with, should also be intact when it reaches us, if it's a case of a refund. Otherwise, money will be deducted from your refund amount. Therefore, it is our humble request to you to pack the both, the watch and the box properly with bubble wrap.
The refund will only be processed after the order passes the Quality Check at our facility upon receipt.
Shipping policy
- We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
This shipping policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main terms.
- Please carefully review our shipping & delivery policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Shipping Charges:
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India. A flat fee applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Couriers and Tracking:
- We work with a range of trusted delivery partners, including Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, etc. to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
- Every order includes a tracking number, so you can monitor your parcel's journey from dispatch to delivery.
Processing Time:
- Most orders are processed within 1 – 3 working days.
- Please note that during peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 4 – 7 working days,
depending on your location and the courier service.
Important Note on Pre-Orders:
- This shipping policy does not apply to pre-order purchases. For pre-orders, the estimated delivery timeline is mentioned on the respective product page itself.
Please refer to the product page for accurate dispatch and delivery information before placing a pre-order.
Unboxing Video is Compulsory:
- Important: Please Record Unboxing Video When You Receive Your Watch
- To avoid any confusion or issues like damage, missing item, or theft,
we request all customers to make a video while opening the package.
- What to show in the video:
- The full unboxing from the beginning — do not open the box before recording
- Outer packaging and shipping label
- Watch and all items inside the box
- The video must be taken without any cuts or pause, and everything should be clearly visible.
- Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to accept any complaint or claim for damage, missing product, or any issue.
Do you deliver internationally?
- At this time, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping.
